Fall Classes

Classes are imperative to developing safe parkour practice. Classes start with an overview of expectations and a warm up. We then dive into the fundamental movements of parkour, breaking down the skills into a step by step process, using creative games to strengthen learning. All new students should start in a Level 1 class, and advance at their own pace. We offer the opportunity to level up every 8 weeks, and use a coloured wrist band system (ages 6+). Our classes are suitable for any fitness level, and start from age 3.

Classes are ongoing, monthly, and we prorate for mid month registrations. Unlimited Open Gym drop ins are included with class registration. Please note, require 2 weeks emailed notice to cancel (please do not give this notice to the coaches).
