Classes are imperative to developing safe parkour practice. Classes start with an overview of expectations and a warm up. We then dive into the fundamental movements of parkour, breaking down the skills into a step-by-step process, using creative games to strengthen learning.
All new students start in a Level 1 class, and advance at their own pace. We offer the opportunity to level up every 8 weeks and use a coloured wrist band system (ages 6+). Our classes are suitable for any fitness level and start from age 3.
Classes are ongoing, monthly, and we prorate for mid-month registrations. Unlimited Open Gym drop ins are included with class registration. Please note, require 2 weeks emailed notice to cancel (please do not give this notice to the coaches).
